Click File/New
Project/Cursor Tab/Animated Cursors button
default 5 frames, we will
use four, you can delete the extra later if you did not set it to
4
Click your color, Click the
line tool and drag a line from corner to corner and again on the opposite
sides.
Drag a line counting the
first square in the corner count 8, do all four corners.
Choose a contrasting color
and drage inside of the arrow part and outside of the cross
lines.
Choose your first color and
repeat the above.

Beginning from the center
top left square count it as 1 and count a total of 8 then drag your arrow 8 in
both directions.
Switch to your mask color,
mine is yellow, and drag over the excess to make it
transparent.
Next corner if top right
start your count from the middle square top right corner. For the bottom
right start bottom right corner of center square, and for bottom left start
count at the bottom left square in the center square.
Do all four corners this
way and remove all the extra by coloring over with your mask
color.

Same as above only
count 5 from the inner square.
Use your mask color to
paint over the excess.

Click Frame #

Click Edit and choose
Copy
Click Frame #

Click Edit choose
Paste
If you have extra empty
Frames simply Right click on the empty frames and choose to remove
it.
Set the
Hotspot
Click .ani above and save
your animated cursor.
